This update is focused on giving you control over your environment. We know that every artist’s setup is different—some of you are on high-end desktops, while others are sketching on older laptops or tablets. With the new Settings Menu, you can now tailor Figure Drawing Garden to run smoothly on your device and fit your personal workflow.
Performance & Accessiblity
The new Graphics Settings menu allows you to adjust resolution, overall quality, ambient occlusion, and toggle between fullscreen and windowed mode.
The render distance and fog dynamically adjust together, This keeps the atmosphere seamless—if you need to lower the render distance, the fog adjusts so that you aren't left seeing the "edge" of the world, maintaining that immersive, cozy feel.
Low-End Device Testing
While Figure Drawing Garden is ideally experienced on medium / high settings, we also want the tool to be usable for everyone. The new lower graphical settings and options have been optimized specifically for integrated graphics on low end devices.
While load times on older machines are still being improved, and there's more room for optimizations, the drawing experience is now fluid and responsive on a much wider range of devices.
Audio & Controls: Focus Mode
Your audio environment is key to getting into the flow state. The new Audio Settings give you granular control. You can now adjust the master volume, or individually adjust the Soundscape, Ambience, and SFX volume independently.
And if you prefer listening to your own podcasts or playlists while you draw, there's a new Silent Mode button that instantly mutes the application.
New Content & Polish
It wouldn't be an update without something new to draw. We added Venus Crouching to the collection—a classic reference perfect for studying compressed forms and overlapping limbs.
You will also notice a few quality-of-life improvements—The game now fades in gently upon loading for a smoother start and sculpture materials and fog density have been adjusted to improve the clarity of the figures.
